I have had my tank up and running for a week. I noticed this afternoon when feeding that my spotted raphael catfish looks bloated. I dont normally see him once I get home from work and turn the light on so trying to get a picture now isnt happening. He came out to eat and then he hid, as he has since I got him. He is still eating, Im not sure if thats good or not? Do I wait this out or act now and what should I do? Although Im not sure if it matters but all fish in the tank are juvies.

he is probably just a fatty, lol it happens

if u are feeding them any red meats u should stop, it has a very high fat content

Nope no red meat, just flakes for everyone at the moment. Good news is the problem seems to have gone away and hes back to normal. I think "fatty" is exactly what the problem was. I was feeding at 4am before leaving for work (not returning until 4pm) and he was the only one awake. Guess he thought all that food was for him lol.
