Cat ate mouse and seems sick, what to do?

Hey everyone,

My bros cat seems to have eaten a mouse in the new house...and threw it back up. I have pics but are defintly graphic lol. The cats name is silvio and what normally is very enegetic has been very mellow the past two days...sleeps most of the time.

Could something have happened to Silvio? Gave him a catnip toy today and seemed to play with a lot but then went to laydown...and slept.

Anything to do now b4 bringing him tp the vet? Thanks!!

As long as he's eating and drinking I think he's fine. I would give it a few more days to see how he acts. He might have gotten scratched by a claw or something so he cold be a bit stressed.

Great thanks, defiantly will make sure my bro checks up on him every so often so far has basically slept all day straight today.

or the mouse could of been poisoned....IMO if you are worried enough to check in here I would take it to the vet.
 
Bro defintly getting it checkout but like mentioned just trying to see what should he do for the time being till the vet visit.

Could be a possibility tho with the poison
