Sounds like a domestic shorthair or a regular old shelter cat.

When I picked him up from the litter both his parents were gone but the sellers told me his dad had long hair and his mom had short hair. We got two. one female and him. But the female had short hair and like i said he has long fluffy hair.

Just a mix-breed cat. And it's entirely possible for kittens in the same litter to have different colors, patterns, fur lengths, etc. Kittens aren't genetically identical to their siblings.
