My cat, Tori, used to do that.
She was so fat that she couldn't reach that spot
on her back, so when you scratched it she would go nuts.

A friend of mine had a cat that would meow every time it was touched. If you were continuously petting it things could get noisy. I really wish I could've gotten video of it.
