If it is under a foot, it looks like Pseudopimelodus bufonius aka Giant Bumblebee Catfish, Jello Catfish, Jelly Catfish, Zungaro Bumblebee Catfish, etc. http://www.planetcatfish.com/common/species.php?species_id=955 - does it look like that? I cannot see the tail in your pics.
