I had a question that I posted on the regular forum on accident. It was that if you guys can give me any info on the juruense cat and marble achara cat> I would like to know some personal experiences that you guys had with them and the minimum size tank requirement? Do they have a fast growth rate?

Don't know about the achara but the jur has a very slow growth rate. Right now he's about 5 inches so has grown about 1/2 inch or less per month. Spends all it's time either swimming up against the current or sitting in a tripod stance. Will eat anything that fits in his mouth.
id say they would be good with cichlids as long as the cichlids are bigger or around the same size. im guessing if they grow that slow you should be able to house them in a 190 for atleast 3-4 years if not its whole life
