Cataloging fish

As you may or may not know I am back in the Cichla game (well almost, I will be as soon as I get some Cichla), at any rate I have this idea to catalog my Cichla including source, size when I get them, species, and where they are from etc. does anyone else do this or am I taking my OCD to a whole new level?

I do the same. Just to keep tabs on where they came from. Almost like AKC for fish. Keeping the blood line pure.

i do it with my cats, species, size and date, date obtained, where i got them from, and where they were born.
