Catches Today @ The Dock

I got a bunch of batman rays, bass, and undersized halibut that I threw back. Smallest size is 22". One of them was 21 1/2"

Really nice catch. I would really like to know how you prepare rays.

Ive read a article about eating rays, you should cut the wings off imediately and ice then down. When the ray dies it lets off a toxin which infects the meat.

Id do a search and be safe. I guess if you guys have done it this way before then have at it.
