i know snakeheads are legal in the us, and i think a felony. but i was wondering, whos to say if you caught one in the wild you cant keep it? this may be a dumb question to some that know more about this species so sorry if it is. just wondering.

Its against the law i beleive in the usa to catch and keep,they should be killed on site, so i beleive, but again seen alot of fishing videos in the states where they catch then release which confuses me
im sure your SUPPOSED to kill them when caught, but if you dont put them back how are you gunna catch monsters in future?
