Use a fine-mesh net, like you can get for brine shrimp. Or, if too large an area to get them all, siphon the water + babies out and run it through such a net on the way to a bucket or drain.

I’ll probably lower the water down and take everything out because I’m moving them to a higher tank and then when everything out I’ll just scoop around and catch them and put them in ther tank
