I need some help please. How do I catch a lg. arowana? What's the best way on causing the least amount of dammage to the fish?

My brother had a big arowana and he just used a very big (deep) net but his arow was a calm fish anyway.

That's what I did too...but the best is get a big plastic and put it inside the tank and let him get inside it but be carefull it's gona be kinda heavy to carry with the water in it.
