Looks to be a RTC X Marble cross.

isn't that a fresh water moray in the first and the last pic
the last time i checked, they were brack water fish
and how long have you had them (they will not eat if kept in fresh water and will succumb after a few days)

It should max out at a point somewhere between an RTC and a Marble, so I'm guessing between 36-48"
