Got as a granulosis catfish. Any have an idea on sp?

Unfortunately not mine. The eel is
moosemj
's. It was his picture before I got the catfish, but also happens to be the only one I have of him. Once I put the catfish into my tank, I havent seen him since ?.
The common name is granulated catfish. The ID above is correct.
Great. Max size of about 28" if I remember right. Wish he would grow faster for me ?
My two males grew 2x-3x slower than my one female. Lost the female about 3 years ago possibly to columnaris at 28" or some such, if memory serves. The two males survived fine and are still with us, at 24". The female reached 24" when the males were still 14"-16".
How fast did they grow for you? I saw my guy(girl?) this morning and I've had it since July. Hasn't grown a bit. It eats well, and is still very fat, but hadn't grown a bit. Still maybe 11"
All were 3" in aug 2015. Female reached 2 feet in 2 years, males in 5 years.
