Catfish please Help!!

So my friend's mum said he has to get rid of his tank and has given me two beautiful Catfish however I'm not sure what species or anything they are, however the problem is I've only had them a few hours and they are crapping all over and my filter doesn't seem to be picking it up how will I clean all this poop will I use my gravel cleaner or will I have to manually clean it with a net?

P.S. this is my small tank until my 240G tank can be fully cycled!

What kind of catfish are they? You can get a powerhead to stir things up so your filter can take it in.

These are the best I could do they are very shy and are only around 1-2" long...

Looks like plecos buddy, should be no problem when your new tank cycles. Just suck the poop up with the syphon until then.

haha plecos. just have good filtration and u wont have to worry so much about the crap. its easiest to clean i think if u have sand as a substrate cuz the poop will sit at the top of it and can easily be sucked out.
