Catfish Professionals I need "IDing"

Well I was at the Monterrey Bay Aquarium the other day and I saw an awesome little catfish swimming around. One of the workers there could not help me identify it. It was not a Paroon or iridescent shark. It was small, about 3-4".

Here are some pictures. Sorry for the blurred images, but this guy does not stop.

Looks like a dewbai cat (spelling) we have em in the shop, dont get too big around 3", like to be in groups...... quite communal too

sounds right to me. There is another species that looks very close to debauwi, but these look like the real thing.
