Are there any relatively common tropical catfish I can get that aren't overly territorial and stay under 8 inches? It would be the only cat in a tank with a school of silver dollars and 2 bichirs. The only 2 i can come up with are striped raphael's and pictus cats but I know pictus cats like to be in groups of 3+ and that really isn't an option or i'd be oway overstocked. Anybody got any experience with striped raphaels that could tell me if they would be compatible or have any other ideas? nocturnal cats are completely fine, thanks

I've had a spotted raphael, which I really thought was just a waste. I never saw the fish, literally maybe a couple times a year... if that. There are lots of synodontis that you could do, they're interesting and some have need markings, I own two of them, not exactly sure what type though. I do like pictus though, I think they're cute.
