catfish sheding mucus

hi i have a cat fish that is sheding mucus water is fine any ideas? its a pteradoras granulosus

you said the water is fine but what are the water parameters inc PH inc comparison too normal.
also how is it acting apart from shedding mucus

With cats it is usually a reaction to water conditions that makes them shed mucus poss high amonia do a water change and add a bit of Melafix

done a 25% yesturday added salt

ph and ammonia fine just put on new filter used old media water is crystal all other fish better then ever
