I’ve been considering many different types of catfish and was curious if there were any I had missed. (Not a big corydora fan)

Raphael, bristlenose pleco, Amazon bumblebee, and hoplo cat all come to mind.
Raphael and bumblebee are hiders so you won’t see them much.

Hello Sturgion Sturgion ,
I would try a Pictus Cat. They are a very nice looking catfish. They are pretty active for a catfish and don't get very large at all. HTH

I was gonna say pictus, but they do like large groups so it may get cramped.

Banjo cats if you have a sand or small (2-3mm) gravel since they like to bury themselves. Bumblebee cats, spotted rafael. I wouldn't recommend the stripped as they can get quite large. Hoplo might be a little big too. Flagtail porthole only get 4-5in best in a trio or more.
Not my fish pictured. I only do the maintenance. 65g.PXL_20210405_182141395.jpgPXL_20210405_171522551.jpg

Lots of good synos too. Anything under 4-5 inches should be good.

This sounds like some kind of test - I know what I know and not sharing but let's see what you know!? :)

Browse Planet Catfish' Cat-eLog - you will find more than you can remember. The filter is of limited use but the Cat-eLog can be filtered by size.

With 30 gal, I'd probably stay with fish not exceeding 3"-4" unless quite sedentary / not big on swimming in open water.

A lot of driftwood aka Auchenipteridae catfish come to mind as well as glass catfish, etc.

This is just from the family of Bagridae https://www.planetcatfish.com/common/family.php?family_id=8 :
