catfish with cichlids

What are good species of catfish that are compatable with my cichlids. I'm looking for something that can help reduce more protein of the bottom of my tank.

Any Syno cats will do well with Africans.

Synodontis multipunctatus and most Syno. species are perfect.

There a re a lot of species of synodontis out there, and definitely some attractive ones. Just make sure the final size is compatible with your tank.

I'd recommend syno multipunctatus. have 14 of them in my tank

synos. but be careful, because, if you are breeding your cichlids, the cats will eat the egs, and in some species, they will replace the eggs with their own eggs, so that the cichlids look after them, not knowing that they aren't even theirs.
