I’m not a genius when it comes to fish disease I know the basics like popeye ich and dropsy but I don’t know what this is it’s on my giraffe catfish’s fin it looks like a cichlid was picking at his fin and it got infected please help

Looks like lymph if I’m not mistaken. The cauliflower look kinda gives it. kno4te is practically a fish doctor so he knows lol.

Looks too red. I’d try a round of triple sulfa. Dab the area with some methylene blue.

Your small fish store. Petsmart might carry Triple Sulfa.
