Catfish

I know this shld be in the bottom dwellers. But I want everyones thought. Do jaguar catfish come out during the day or will I only see one during the night. Cause i wanna get one but that is making me unsure. I want a cat that will be out during day. I have a 50 gal tank. And willl jaquars eat other smaller fish?

if you want cats that are really active, id say get some pictus cats or some four line cats.

jaguars are nocturnal, so don't expect to see them out very often when the lights are on
and any catfish will eat any fish it can fit in its mouth

agreed, although not sure if all catfish are willing to eat any fish they can (plecos and cories anyone)
