CAts and substrate

hey guys, i'm setting up a new tank and resetting up my old ones that survived. i was thinking of sand being my main substrate. dya thing it would work with cats?

thats actually the prefered substrate for catfish.

What kind of cats are you thinking?

either rtc and tsn (the ones i lost) or a wallago, and, and a marble

Have a mixture. Use sand as a base and chuck a bit gravel and small stones In too. Then you have a bit variety and a more natural look. Remeber to ensure that all substrate is Inert.

I have 25lbs of small river rock and 20lbs of Eco complete mixed in the tank my Cat is in.

i have all river rocks in mine that i got from the bank of the river.

I use sand and some larger river rocks at the bottom. I love sand bottoms.
