well, the Redtails become huge. Over 2feet now and really packing the width & depth on.
The l. Pictus seems to of got much deeper and she might of grown, I haven't measured her for 6 months now. I've managed to get a decent picture of her, what shows her size for once! You'll notice her tail is out of the shot! She's huge.

The Niger is still growing, seems to be more outwards though.

Plus the grow ups are really coming along. I do need to get some pictures of them up soon.

^ agree with krich those guys are massive beautiful Oxydoras

Thanks for the comments guys. The leiarius has shocked me the amount she's bulked out. If look at the 2nd picture, that's her next to a 22" perruno catfish.

Monstrous! It really is refreshing to see fish of this size in an adequate tank. How big is the tank?

Wow

Thank you. I am trying. They just keep growing.

I've just purchased the glass for my new tank. I'm trying to cut down some costs compared to having it built by a company as the prices are extremely high. I just hope when we move I have the space for it.

I've added another 2 smaller nigers to my collection. I think 3 is enough.
Have a few other doradide sp. in the tank aswell. Bacu, megladoras, rhinodora.

The tanks currently a 8x4 which will not do long term. For now, They seem okay, but it's starting to get cramped. The perruno is sold, and the Redtails going to a friends pond for a while, he seems to be fighting with the l. Pictus a lot, and it looks like the rtc is winning.

I'll give one bit away for my new tank since I've purchested he glass this week. (It shall take a while to complete.) its 16feet.
I'm hoping that will do the stock for life. I don't plan on upgrading again. Lol.

Some pictures of the grow ups.

All growing nicely.

Picked up some more nigers recently, the one is most unusual. Which could be one of the other types of Oxydoras. Who knows, I need to catch her out and get some pictures of her now she's settled. Heads and mouth are different shapes.
