My shepherd loves our cat, more than our other dog. She likes to "corn cob" him from head to toe, as if he has fleas and she's getting them off :) He has all four claws, yet even when he is annoyed by her overbearing personality, he just pats her on the face never scratching her. If our weenie dog walks by he slaps her butt over and over.. so funny

I snapped this pic this morning and couldn't help sharing it.

LOL thats so cute my dog does what you discribed to my cat all the time and my cat is just as forgiving just a little pat on the dogs nose with no claws out

my dog also likes to open her mouth and stick the cats head in there LOL its hilarious and the cat comes out with a very slobbly head but again the cat isnt bothered by it

Thanks guys, I have never been much of a cat person, but he needed a home and he looked like my childhood cat so I said, sure why not. I never thought he would end up being such a chill, awesome cat. He is the laziest tub tub ever and will tell you when he's hungry and when you need to open that magic back door to let him "stalk" birds thru the gate. Kodi, the shep, has been the best dog I could ever ask for. She's so loyal (well except when she's loving on her kitty lol) and will wait for me to come home thru the door. (makes me sad to think what she thinks about for hours).
