Those are some beautiful monsters..i doubt they released them back.. do you think the fish just lay in their arms calm like that for pics?? I don't know never went fishing.. amazing size fish.

IME large fish are so exhausted after being caught that they are pritty calm. Hold them in the water for a few seconds, and they explode back to life. Lets hope they were released, those were some great fish.
