Little stripey guys I've never seen before, granted I'm not familiar with native fish here. Recognize this little guy?

Could be Tilapia mariae.

Absolutely tilapia mariae. Mayans at that size are tan with a reddish tinge and bold black bars, along with a more pointed muzzle. This tilapia species is like a bumble bee, with black bars on a greenish yellow background and a much more rounded face. I catch both by the dozens here, but prefer the intelligence of the Mayan. Used a baby tilapia to catch my Oscar "Fugly" lol.

But this is definetely a tilapia

Also caught a few of these little speckled guys. Yellow in color with some blue, big eyes, pointed face.

And yes, the others were tilapia spot on. The mayans don't have the round faces like these little guys.
