Animals are shipped through Fed-Ex, Delta Airlines, or Southwest Airlines. Fed-Ex & Airline shipments are conditionally guaranteed to arrive alive, per the following conditions
Deliveries are accepted on the first delivery attempt
Delivery temperatures are not below 32 degrees and above 90 degrees, unless using Phase 22 temperature control panels or pouches. Additional fees will be required for these products. Regular cool/heat packs are available at no charge.
Please inquire for rural deliveries. Arrangements can be made on an individual basis.
Airline shipments need to be picked up within two hours of flight arrival time. Please inquire if you are receiving at a small airport, because flight times can be unpredictable due to commuter flights.
I am not responsible for adverse weather conditions, mishandling by the carrier, carrier delays, mechanical failures, or missed fights, that may all void the live arrival guarantee.
These conditions must be met for the live arrival guarantee to be valid. If any of these conditions are not met the live arrival guarantee is void, along with any claims. No other terms or guarantees will apply to the stated live arrival guarantee.

I do not treat for parasites unless there is an obvious issue, in which the animal in question will not be put up for sale. It is strongly recommended to quarantine new additions for a minimum of sixty days away from ones collection. This is the owners responsibility.
Animals are sold in apparent good health at time of sale. Unapparent conditions include, but not limited to internal injuries, viruses, bacterial infections, and internal parasitic diseases that are not visible while being packed for shipment.
Live arrival guarantee for amphibians and other sensitive animals only. This will be done on an individual basis, depending on species and type of animal in question.
A 3 day health guarantee is available to captive bred and born animals ONLY. A 24 hour health guarantee may apply to wild caught or captive born animals, on an individual basis. I offer many sensitive species that are very easy to kill. I will not be held responsible for improper husbandry. Research is up to the CUSTOMER, so please do so before placing an order.
Animal Sexing Animals sold as a specific sex are guaranteed to be that sex. Some Invertebrates, amphibians, and lizards are sold as un-sexed. I have significant experience working with these type animals, but can only offer a best guess in those situations.
Sexing Guarantees must be agreed upon by both buyer and seller prior to being shipped. If sexing is guaranteed, the buyer has 24 hours to inform me if sexing is incorrect.
Once an order is made and paid for it cannot be cancelled. Credit in the amount that was paid, may be issued for a future order. Additional shipping charges may apply if the initial order has changed.
Please know your local and state laws. I will not knowingly violate either. If permits or paperwork are needed, proof is necessary. I may contact the regulating agency to verify everything is in order.
Legal Age Requirement You need to be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Proof of age may be required at my discretion.
Payments I accept credit/debit cards through Paypal and over the phone. I also accept regular Paypal payments, Google check out payments, and direct deposits into my Bank of America account.
Animals are not considered sold until payment is received. I may hold animals up to a week, depending on the individual circumstances of the transaction.
Payment plans are available for transactions over $800.00. Fifty percent is required up front, with the remaining balance due fifteen days after the initial deposit. Deposits are non-refundable. This does not apply to wholesale orders.
Prices are subject to change. Most animals I have available, come in year round. Some are only seasonal or come in once or twice a year. Prices are determined by supply and demand and may rise and fall as such.
Individual pictures of animals offered for sale may or may not be available. Most common animals will have a reference picture contained in the add unless otherwise stated. Due to time constraints and animal inventory, Individual pictures are usually not feasible.
Refunds, Claims, and Credits:
A detailed report of the problem with your order is needed within six hours of delivery from the time the animal arrived, to consider a claim. If a response is not received in that time frame, a claim will not be considered. A dated photograph needs to be sent in the claim. Exif data is not an acceptable way to date the photograph. A newspaper date or something similar needs to be legible in the background. Do NOT dispose of the animal until both parties have responded. If you fail to comply with these conditions, a claim will not be considered.
Once a claim is determined, a replacement will be offered. If a replacement cannot be found within a reasonable time frame, a credit will be issued.
Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are based on order size and weight. Shipping charges through Fed-Ex Priority overnight start at $25 in the state of Florida and go up from there. The average price for a 12x9x6 box is between $40- $55, depending on destination. Delta Air Cargo starts at $85 and goes up to $150 depending on weight. I do not charge box or packing fees. If a crate is needed for airline shipping, the crate charge will be determined on an individual basis.
Shipments that are delivered late may be subject to a credit for all shipping charges. This will be determined on a case to case basis. All carriers have stipulations, and sometimes late deliveries are not refundable through the carrier. This is mainly weather delays, but can branch out into other situations.
