Looks like fungus. Better pics w/o it moving would help. Would dose some api fungus cure for now.

Ya difficult taking photo on such a small fish that’s constantly swimming. I’ll start with that. Thank you.
 
Some subpar phone pics. Scales look to be lifted in certain patches. He is still active and seems to be eating, so I guess that’s good.
