Centipedes?

They've been discussed here before but has anyone ever had one? I found a pic of one eating a bat, and have seen them eat a wide variety of prey. How easy or difficult are they to maintain?

I have some species of centipede that live in my basement, they freak me out. STOMP!

You should get them..they are sooo aggressive! I've heard stories of them eating through the plastic mesh lids and escaping!!

I'd like to have one but my brother and I both think if it was loose in the middle of the night we would probably end up stomping it out !

I have experience with them. I wouldn't get one unless you are familiar with housing nasty inverts. I do know that at least some species are parthenogenic.

I didn't know that. I guess some people might end up with some unexpected babies then....

females generally hold onto eggs while they incubate, sort of like a tarantula.
