Central ID?

So the manager at my LFS has this cichlid that I've been trying to ID, and I'm not sure. I think it's in the Paratheraps family but told him I'd ask here.

This picture is a picture of a cell phone picture, so bear with me.. He also claims it has a "turquoise body and red fins"

Well that was fast, I'm personally not well versed in the Vieja and Paratheraps families so I wasn't really sure

It's one of the few Vieja/Paratheraps that's fairly easy to ID.
