Will the following work in a 90 gal (4 ft long)

Currently have

Oscar-5"
4 Silver Dollars
Salvini-3"
Jack Dempsey-3"
Firemouth-5"
5 Giant Danios
Plecostamus -8"
Striped Rapheal-5"
Bala Shark-3"

Currently the firemouth is the king of the tank but the oscar has been growing fast. The oscar is picked on a little bit by the firemouth. The firemouth has quit messing with the Jack. However, the salvini is still chased by the firemouth. My plan was to get all the fish small and try to raise them together. I will probably move the bala shark as the fish grow. Any other suggestions on what I may need to move?

Driftwood and cobblestone for aquascaping

I would loose the bala and the pleco for now. Balas are schooling fish and a 90g would be to small for a school of them. As for the 4 cichlids, only time will tell. Just provide adiquate hiding spots and visuale barriers for themm.

Depending on the amount of water changes you wanna do I could cut back seriously. Perhaps the oscar, silvers and the firemouth. Or the oscars, silvers and rapheal. Or the oscar, salvini and firemouth.

Thanks for the ideas. I am going to get rid of the bala shark for now and
will probably remove more later. I perform weekly water change and levels are all good. I know this may change as fish grow.

Oh it will change, removing the bala shark will help a lot, so would removing the pleco. The giant danios will likely get eaten eventually. Keep an eye on those nitrAtes.
