Centrarchus from Lago Nicaragua

Here are some pictures of my wild Lago Nicaragua Archocentrus centrarchus.

The male is pushing 7-8" and the female's about 5". I have a pair and lots of little ones that are starting to pair off themselves. The male took first in class at the Catfish Convention.

Very nice centrarchus! I've only seen those a couple of times at various fish stores. Your male is huge.

Now that is pretty. One of those fish I have always wanted to own, but never have had the opportunity to.
