I recently got a dozen 8x8x1 inch plates of it. I already have my sumps stuffed with it.
Would it be beneficial to use it as rocks on the bottom of my fish tank?
I was thinking it will end up collecting bacteria and be beneficial? Also wonder if it can scratch my black ghost knifes when I do it for there tank.

Looks like my research says you can make caves and stuff with it and it becomes better than live rock in a fish tank!

If you're willing to spend the money, it will def work. It will be fairly less effective in a passive flow environment, but will absolutely work and be beneficial to the system as a whole.

Actually i already got it. It was a deal I could not pass up... Over a dozen blocks for 100 bucks!
I am gonna try and build some caves and run maybe run a power head thru them.
