I had them for awhile , never stop moving and they love current and as large a tank as possible. Trained mine to take Frozen prawn by putting it in the current to mimic live food.
They seem to be very active fish always swimming and only resting for a moment. When I feed spectrum they go into a feeding frenzy bouncing into every thing in their path.
i had one that died after about a month. it was non-stop swirling around the tank and it enthusiastically ate bloodworms. not too sure what killed it but it had a red spot on its belly that kind of looked like a 1/2" red bruise when i found it dead.

Mine died when it hit the tank wall and broke it's spine. Feel terrible about it , but it happens with fish like this so a larger tank is always better for these fish. My old one was about 6'' in a 3ft tank which at the time I assumed was adequate.
Sorry to hear that. I have them in a planted 180gal its 6'x 2'x2' and they use every inch of it and they are only 4". There is a couple angels, roseline sharks and a bunch of tetras with them and everything just says out of the way.
