Ch. marulius - anyone keeping large specimens?

Hi all...

It seems I'm pretty stuck with my two Ch. Marulius baby's (started out with 3 - but one of them died the other day (initially got them by a místake))

I was just wondering if anybody at MFK keeps large Ch. Marulius?? And perhaps see a couple of pics of the fish and tank setup/size??

How big can I expect them to grow in a tank (obviously fish tend to grow larger in the wild) - and how fast do they reach max. size??

Would be happy for any input from the experts out there...

No idea

Initially I thought I ordered 3 Pleuro's from the Danish Importer - but when I recieved the fish I realized that they were NOT Pleuro's

hermandrum..i was informed by LFS that it's from indonesia..and far it;s true i wouldnt know. I'm looking for an answer also cos this variant are available on and off in the market..

I am an owner of the same kind of marulius as well, my lfs owner calls it 5 star snakehead. I have had it for 6 months, it doesn't grow very fast, or at least as snakeheads grows. Growing only about 6cm? in the time. It isn't very keen on food, so i haven't even weaned it off live fish.

i have one whit 1 year that is about 45cm, but very shy fish, eats every thing but loves frogs
