Most people don't keep smaller catfish because they are active...

Chaca chacas are just cool cats. I had one years ago. I loved the fugly sucker. It could eat amazingly large items.

Very true I've always wanted to get a gulper or a chaca even with their rock like personalities

how long have you had him? What do you feed it? My hubby had one a couple years back. Thing wouldn't eat, or move
 
Year and a half, he doesnt swim but changes hunting positions often. He eats feeders(and a couple dats and clown loaches) had 2 one was killed by my goonch before i sold it.
 
I found them very easy to feed I would get a sharpened chop stick with a piece of mussel/prawn on the end dangle in front and watch the fun commence.
