The LFS has one that's about 6" long and very cool looking. I just want to make sure the price is in line.

Also, how difficult are they to care for?

That fish did look pretty cool.

I am interested to see if that is a good price or not. It would look nice in your 300....and another ray as well.

they seem to like to eat alge off plant leaves, like a whiptail cat. we were selling one for like 40 bucks. cool as hell for a planted tank.

They're tough to find pretty much anywhere, so go grab that fella.

Any price under $50 would be a steal. :D

They're asking $75. I'll wait for a while, and when it doesnt sell, they'll lower the price and call me LOL.

These are NOT algae eaters. Rather, in the wild, they sift sand and are much more inclined to feed on meaty foods. Mine would rarely venture close to a stick of zuchinni, but loved pea mix. Also, they love to bury themselves--therefore, sand is an obligation, not an option. They can reach 10"-12", reportedly, but, as with all psuedohemiodon, after they hit maturity, growth slows considerably.
