For anyone familiar with this fish... how reliable is distinguishing sex by a black spot on the dorsal fin, or lack there of? Thanks attached is the fish I'm trying to sex...
I don't think the black spot on the dorsal fin is reliable with this species. Only species I've heard that works is Trimac's, Carpintis, and Breidohri.
