Hey guys, I recently did about a 50% water change in my 90 gallon and ever since then my aro has been acting a little different. She normally swims up top with out a care in the world, well now shes staying at the bottom of the tank curled up in a C shape (picture included). After the water change we checked the water parameters and ph 6.8 and the nitrate, nitrite, and amonia levels were really high for some reason so I went out today and got some amquel plus to lower those numbers to a safer level... Any words of advice will be greatly appreciated...

Don't wash your filter media when you do WC

How often do you do water changes?
Was your tank cycled before?
What exactly are the levels of the parameters that are "really high".

well this was the second one since we had her so every 2 weeks... i know bad practice... and im really not sure on the levels... my girlfriend did the test and said they were not so good... so she got the chemicals to take the numbers down... and the tank has been cycled for a while now... we have had it almost 6 months...
