I am going redoing my 75 gallon. I am going to add some more plants soon. After that I need to put my new compact fixture on the tank. Should I run 2 of the 65 watt bulbs for a while or 4? What should I do so I will not have an algae outbreak?

You should read the stickies first, and then give us all the info. To avoid an algae breakout, you have to be prepared with all the stuff before you start. Research, cause with algae, knowledge really is 100% of the battle.
