I noticed that inside my drain pipe on my overflow is pretty disguisting. Ive only had this running since the begining of Dec. Should i worry about this or is it normal?. I cant see people that have hard piped systems cutting there's away and repiping every few months.

if your lucky enough to have the bottom drilled over flow, and the pipe stright down to the sump, then simple drop a fishing line down the pipe, and tie a scrubby to it. One quick pull and your clean as a whistle, even if it has a few curves as long as you can get the fishing line snaked through

It was posted by someone else on this form the the slim coat your seeing actually helps increase flow.

ive found that wads of foam work better than scrubbies.. they have more give..
