Changing the pellets brand for Flowerhorn

Hi everyone ... I have 6inch Flowerhorn and i was feeding him okiko pellets, now i need to change it for Hikari medium pellets..
How to make my FH to accept this new hikari medium pellets ?
I made him to starve for 4 days, but also not accepting hikari pellets....
Can u guys help me out ?

You mean like soaking the hikari pellets with blood worm water and again making it dry ! Then feeding it ?
 
Just soak the pellets in the bloodworm water, and then feed the pellets to the fish. There's no point in drying out the pellets after soaking them, you will be feeding them to your fish which is in a fish tank filled with water.
 
That's a big flowerhorn. Starving him for 4 days isn't enough. Are the okiko pellets the same size as the Hikari pellets?
 
Nope .... Okiko was mini (small ) pellets. And this hikari are medium pellets...
Even i tired ,cutting them into two pieces..
But also didnt work .

Get him Hikari mini and see if that works. Cutting the medium still makes it look different than the Okiko pellets.
