I got channa andrao juveniles, 6 of them, in the hope of pairing them up. I will keep this thread to update the progress. Here's a pic to start things off:

I have found that, even paired, they are not overtly agressive to the remaining ones....

need to work on a nice BG.

Here's how they dance around my hand for food. They dont mind biting any damn thing that is dropped inside. Including my finger when I am doing maintenance/ water change etc.
