The one on the right look like a male to me, very easy to sex them by visual look. The male one will have long extended dorsal fin and intensive color develop.

Much better quality from you video and yes they are both male, I would keep the active male near the front glass and get rip other one or setup another tank

That one is now running all around the tank from the 2-nd, and he (she) has more thin skull, more arrow like. I thought that this is one of sighns of a female ? or i am wrong ?

As far as I know (at least for me) there is no different about head shape or you can sex them by looking at the head shape.
