I came home and see a weird mark on my snakehead so I got it out for a better picture. Should I be concerned? Is it serious?

Look like he Banged his head jumping or maybe scraped it digging ,either way it's not a big deal It'll heal with No scar .
If it was from digging they normally will bump their eyes leaving grey patches or have some tears in the dorsal. If it's just the head then it's most likely from impacting the lid in a jump .
That'll happen from time to time but jumping can also be a sign that he's unhappy in the environment make sure temps arnt too high and that u have sufficient floating cover and hides.

Nothing to worry, these fish are super tough, although, add a cave or such for it to rest, these fish even though are super tame and come. Out in the open to greet you, they love to rest in a cave.
