channa barca pair

hi everyone,

has anyone bred the channa barca?? this forum has keepers from world over so is there any report??

only aware of one guy in India having a pair formed this year and found this video:

Hi,

no breeding yet reported. I think mostly male barcas are exported from India, could be a reason for this.
AND the extraordinary prices for one fish. Not much people can afford buying several barcas to find a breeding pair
