I ready these guys are peaceful except to fish that can fit into there mouths, so would that mean they could be community fish? Can i mix with sa/na cichlids? mix with catfish also with bichirs and pike cichlids and stuff without blood shed? any tips and info welcomed. Never had but always wanted a snakehead.

If you browse throughout this forum you will read that most snakeheads are always kept with the same species. Some have done it but if something happen it will not be pretty.

I have Gachuas and they are a couple, but even then they do fight. So you can try it but most expert on this site will advise you not too.

Okay i was checking to see what people recommend since the snakehead guide sticky said they are peaceful

The channa you listed are all subtropical, the poly's and cichlids are tropical. The channa will end up sick if kept at warm temperatures year round, and the tropical fish won't be able to handle the winter months if you make the tank subtropical.
It's a bad mix.

You may be able to mix other snakeheads with those fish (at your own risk), just not subtropical species. I've kept channa lucius with poly's, dats, and cats, but there are no guarantees.
