Channa Bleheri discolouration

Hi i noticed that the top of my channa bleheri head is discoloured and i wanted to know if it is an infection of some sort and if its lethal. Please help

Here's a photo im not sure about my temp but my lfs told me that i just have to put them in a tank without a heater. Ph is ard 6.5

Doesn’t look a skin infection. Doing enough water changes? Water parameters? Could be stressed. Believe these need to have a it’s temp cycled for winter and summer. If ur not doing that then it could be stressed.
