Can anyone tell at this this if these are Channa Diplogramma. They are being sold as Channa Diplogramma.

How do you come to your conclusion? I read up on the differences between micro and the diplo but I still couldn't figure out what these are.

In my opinion, putting theory into practice in differentiating these two species is sort of inconclusive at this size. Having seen diplogramma several times in flesh at this size as they are from my neighbouring state in India (Kerala) there are subtle differences in the fish's olive green/yellow colour to red colour ratio as they grow out or age. Again, this is my practical observation having seen/kept both species but different people have their own theories!
