Channa Diplogramma Male or Female can you tell ?

Don't think it's possible. VERY little information available since they arn't all that common in the hobby. Most people cannot house/don't ever house sexually mature adults for comparison.
It's safe to assume it'll be similar to Micro's and from what i know of them it's all but impossible. I've rea the odd info on venting adult micros after they pass the 2' mark and are sexually mature but i sure wouldn't be volunteering my hands to try it LOL.
IF it's possible I'd guess it's a very minor difference noticeable only as mature a adults. In Micro pair's the female does tend to be the larger bulkier animals, much like most channa, but I'm sure the amount they are fed can make this vary wildly and very unreliable. There are no documented fin, pattern or color difference that i am aware of.
Long and shot you probably cannot sex visually, and certainly wont be able too until they are larger, done all the color changes and have sexually matured.
